By applying for this position, you will have the opportunity to join a fast-growing international tech company offering innovative communication solutions for the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Its mission: to simplify field collaboration through a powerful and intuitive platform used by thousands of professionals across Europe.

To support their expansion in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, they are looking for a Senior Account Executive (German Native Speaker) to strengthen their European sales team and structure the company’s presence in the DACH region.

You will play a key role in driving growth, managing the full sales cycle, and representing the company’s brand in the German-speaking market.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:


  • Develop and manage your client portfolio across the entire sales process: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound and inbound strategies (≈ 60% outbound).
  • Manage short and dynamic sales cycles (from 1 week to 4 months depending on project scope).
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt the sales approach to each target segment.
  • Support brand visibility by translating and creating content, attending trade shows, and representing the company at professional events.
  • Gather market insights to help shape commercial strategy and local positioning.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, and Operations) to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.

Exigences

Who you are:

  • You have at least 6 years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally as an Account Executive or Business Developer in construction tech, industrial software, or field service solutions.
  • You are fluent in German (native level) and comfortable communicating in English. French or Dutch is a plus.
  • You have strong expertise in outbound sales and closing complex deals.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where everything is still to be built.
  • You combine autonomy, structure, and proactivity, and you enjoy developing your market from scratch.
  • You are people-oriented, empathetic, and love to connect with clients in the field — whether it’s at a construction site or in a boardroom negotiation.
