They are looking for their first representative in the United Kingdom for a Country Manager / Head of Partnership UK role. Your objective will be to build the Go-To-Market strategy from the ground up in this new market, sign the first strategic clients, and lay the foundations for a sustainable local presence.
Your mission, should you accept it:
- Define and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for the UK market over the first 6 months.
- Map, engage and actively activate the local e-commerce and retail ecosystem (brands, CRM agencies, Shopify agencies, paid media agencies, SaaS partners).
- Sign the first client deals, both directly with brands and through the partner agency network.
- Build a strong network of strategic partners across the territory, leveraging our existing initial footholds.
- Recruit, structure and manage a first local team (Sales, CSM) within a 6 to 12 month horizon.
- Ensure full autonomy over the region while working closely with the Paris headquarters for technical and product support.
Exigences
And you ?
- You hold a Master's degree from a Top 3 French business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP) or a Top 10 UK university/business school (Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, UCL, Imperial College, etc.).
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience (excluding internships and work-study programs) as a Senior Sales or Partnership Manager within B2B SaaS e-commerce, an e-commerce agency, or retail.
- You must be based in London, a native English speaker, and hold an up-to-date, dense and immediately activatable business network among UK e-commerce players (brands and agencies).
- You have a genuine entrepreneurial mindset (start-up/scale-up mentality) and a strong appetite for risk, able to work autonomously in an initially uncertain environment where everything is yet to be built.
- You ideally have prior successful experience in international expansion, launching a new geographic market, or managing/recruiting a small team (2-3 people).
- You are fully mobile and open to frequent travel to Paris, particularly during the first 6 months, to immerse yourself in the company culture.
