As part of its development in Belgium, the company is currently looking for a Workshop Supervisor – Passenger Cars for its site in Mechelen.

Your Mission
As Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising the repair activities within the workshop. You will ensure that daily operations run smoothly, monitor the quality and timing of repairs, and guarantee customer satisfaction. Acting as both a coach and a leader, you will guide your team of mechanics while working closely with the Service Manager to improve efficiency and results.

Main Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise repair activities in the workshop.
• Monitor daily time registrations and work orders.
• Track repair status and ensure timely and accurate feedback to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Motivate, coach, and support the team of mechanics to achieve performance and quality standards.
• Ensure proper administrative follow-up related to workshop operations.
• Report directly and work closely with the Service Manager to optimize processes and results.
