As part of their expansion in Belgium, they are currently looking for a Site Manager.

Your mission, should you accept it


Reporting directly to the General Director, you will define and implement the operational strategy for your site to ensure its development, profitability, and overall performance.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team (sales, aftersales, workshop, and support functions) in a professional, motivating, and results-oriented environment.
  • Ensure operational excellence across all departments, translating corporate strategy into day-to-day actions.
  • Monitor budgets, KPIs, and site performance to guarantee financial and operational targets are met.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Aftersales Managers to develop team capabilities, coach employees, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, representing the site and its values with integrity.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives on the local market.
  • Oversee HR management at the site level: recruitment, career development, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure clear and constructive communication between your team and the management.

Exigences

Do you have what it takes?

  • Native Dutch speaker; fluency in French and English is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive sector, including at least 2 years as a Site Manager overseeing multiple teams.
  • Previous positions may include Site Manager, Sales Manager, or Zone Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage employees effectively.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in field operations and a solid understanding of automotive sales, aftersales, and workshop management.
