They are looking for a Sales Project Manager to structure and drive project and sales development in Belgium in a fast-growth environment. The goal will be to expand activities with strategic accounts while ensuring seamless project execution on the ground.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Define and execute commercial and operational project follow-up in line with management
  • Structure, nurture, and grow a portfolio of clients and partners in a rapidly expanding environment
  • Develop sales through targeted prospecting and account management with B2B clients, installers, and integrators
  • Lead sales cycles and manage high-stakes technical and commercial negotiations
  • Oversee project progress from A to Z, from quotation preparation to on-site delivery
  • Visit client sites, coordinate with technicians, and support clients in their operational needs
  • Implement project and sales activity tracking tools (offer follow-up, progress tracking, reporting)
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts or by exploring new market segments
  • Collaborate closely with teams in Belgium and the Netherlands to ensure client satisfaction
  • Represent the company at professional events and stay up to date with market trends

Exigences

What about you?

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in technical sales or project management
  • You have a strong affinity with IT, electrical, or data center environments
  • You are result-oriented, structured, and autonomous
  • You enjoy a versatile role between client meetings, site visits, and offer management
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to build trust with decision-makers
  • You thrive in growing environments and like to take initiative
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and French
