They are looking for a Sales Project Manager to structure and drive project and sales development in Belgium in a fast-growth environment. The goal will be to expand activities with strategic accounts while ensuring seamless project execution on the ground.

They are looking for a Sales Project Manager to structure and drive project and sales development in Belgium in a fast-growth environment. The goal will be to expand activities with strategic accounts while ensuring seamless project execution on the ground.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Define and execute commercial and operational project follow-up in line with management
- Structure, nurture, and grow a portfolio of clients and partners in a rapidly expanding environment
- Develop sales through targeted prospecting and account management with B2B clients, installers, and integrators
- Lead sales cycles and manage high-stakes technical and commercial negotiations
- Oversee project progress from A to Z, from quotation preparation to on-site delivery
- Visit client sites, coordinate with technicians, and support clients in their operational needs
- Implement project and sales activity tracking tools (offer follow-up, progress tracking, reporting)
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts or by exploring new market segments
- Collaborate closely with teams in Belgium and the Netherlands to ensure client satisfaction
- Represent the company at professional events and stay up to date with market trends
Exigences
What about you?
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- You have at least 3 years of experience in technical sales or project management
- You have a strong affinity with IT, electrical, or data center environments
- You are result-oriented, structured, and autonomous
- You enjoy a versatile role between client meetings, site visits, and offer management
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to build trust with decision-makers
- You thrive in growing environments and like to take initiative
- You are fluent in both Dutch and French
